A technology consulting firm, an online Web site for job seekers and a pharmaceutical manufacturer were honored this morning as leading employers.
Dominion Digital, SnagAJob.com and Wyeth won the All Star Employer of Choice awards for small-, mediumand large-sized businesses from the Richmond Human Resources Management Association and the Greater Richmond Chamber.
Six companies also won the 2009 Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility.
Those winners are: Bon Secours Richmond Health System, Capital One Financial Corp. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Rink Management Services Corp., accounting and consulting firm BDO Seidman LLP and recruiting and consulting firm Vaco Richmond LLC.
Awards for best recruitment, engagement and retention practices, community involvement, diversity excellence, workforce development and workplace flexibility also were announced during the breakfast ceremony at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
