Consulting and technology services provider ICF International plans to open an operations center in Henry County that will create 539 jobs.
Gov. Bob McDonnell announced the $15 million project today in a news release. The facility will be located in the Patriot Centre Industrial Park.
The Virginia Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission approved $2.1 million for the project.
The Fairfax-based company partners with government and commercial clients.
