Nancy Hargroves has been installed as third vice president of National Garden Clubs Inc. She will help guide the national organization and work to advance its mission of promoting civic and environmental responsibility as well as a love of gardening and floral design. Her responsibilities include chairing several of the group's national programs including the organization study committee and the award of excellence initiative. She is a member of the Salisbury Garden Club and has been a member of the Westham Garden Club.
