Artspace Gallery at Plant Zero opens its popular biennial show, "ThinkSmall," tonight. The invitational exhibit features miniature art pieces in a variety of media created by hundreds of artists from around the city, the country and the world. Artists participating in the show are required to create pieces no larger than 3 inches by 3 inches.
"The show is exciting because it challenges artists to work in a very small format," said gallery chair and curator Santa De Haven. "The prices for small, great works of art are fabulous," she said.
"ThinkSmall" opens with a preview gala from 6 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the door or online at the gallery's website.
The exhibit runs through Dec. 18 at 0 E. Fourth St. Hours are Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
