Chocolate bars help support art project

»  Comments | Post a Comment

ART 180, which provides art-related programs for young people living in challenging circumstances, is selling candy for Valentine's Day -- with a twist.

The wrappers for the chocolate bars were designed by ART 180 supporters as part of the organization's 10th-anniversary project last fall, "Change for a Ten." The submissions represented their artistic visions for community change.

The chocolate bars are available at For the Love of Chocolate in Carytown, 3136 W. Cary St., Quirk Gallery, 311 W. Broad St., Mongrel, 2924 W. Cary St., and through ART 180 (ART180.org or (804) 233-4180). The suggested donation per bar is $10.
