Chesterfield County police say someone broke into concession stands at five swimming pools over the weekend and vandalized them and stole money.

The break-ins occurred Friday and Saturday nights at pools in the county's northern end, police said today.

In all five cases, the suspects got inside the concession stands by prying open windows or doors.

Police estimated total damages at more than $1,500.
