Cumberland tells students to hang up cell phones

CUMBERLAND -- The Cumberland County School Board has decided to allow students to have cell phones and other electronic communication devices on school property, but there's a catch.


The phones must be turned off and out of sight between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.
