Richmond eyes creation of tree commission

The Richmond City Council will meet today to consider an amendment creating an Urban Forestry Commission to establish procedures for the maintenance and removal of trees on city property.


The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 900 E. Broad St.
