Richmond police charge man in North Highland Park burglaries

Richmond police have arrested a man suspected of committing burglaries in the North Highland Park area.


Marcellus A. McQuinn, 34, of the 2600 block of Third Avenue, was arrested yesterday and charged with burglary and grand larceny.


Police said McQuinn is also wanted in Halifax County, N.C., on burglary and larceny charges.
