A 16-year-old boy was shot in the back last night in Richmond's Gilpin Court public-housing complex.
The teen was treated for a gunshot wound to the lower back that was not life-threatening, Richmond police Capt. Paul Kiniry said.
The teen was uncooperative with police following the 7:47 p.m. shooting, and residents near the scene of the shooting said they saw nothing, Kiniry said.
