POWHATAN -- The star prosecution witness in the trial of two cousins convicted in the slaying of Tahliek Taliaferro will be in Powhatan County General District Court for her preliminary hearing tomorrow.
Stephanie Reynolds is scheduled to appear on charges of murder and use of a firearm in the June 24 slaying of Tahliek Taliaferro. Taliaferro died after being struck in the head by one of six shots fired by Ethan Parrish.
It was Reynolds who outlined how Joseph "Joey" Parrish, 18, challenged Taliaferro to a fight and Ethan Parrish, 25, opened fire on the Saturn in which Taliaferro was a passenger.
On Monday, the men were convicted of involuntary manslaughter and assault and battery. Joey Parrish also was convicted of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
