A man was arrested last night in a shooting in the East End of Richmond.
Richmond police said an adult male was shot in the hand around 7:48 p.m. in the 2200 block of Venable Street. Police said the shooting stemmed from an argument.
The victim was transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries and the suspect was arrested on the scene.
