McDonnell speaking at Monday's Public Square

As Virginia struggles to emerge from recession, Gov. Bob McDonnell is looking for ways to make state government more efficient. On Monday night, he'll come to the Richmond Times-Dispatch for our 29th Public Square. McDonnell will take questions and suggestions about how to streamline Virginia's government. The event runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Times-Dispatch's downtown offices, 300 E. Franklin St.
