Richmond police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 7:35 p.m. last night outside the Chicken Box Restaurant, in the 1300 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard.
Police said Brandon T. Thomas, 25, who is believed to have lived in the city's Highland Park neighborhood, was pronounced dead at 8:07 p.m. at VCU Medical Center.
