Sen. Mark R. Warner, D-Va., warned today that Americans will not be able to look to the federal government to bail the country out of its economic problems.
"We're at (a) moment of crisis," Warner told about 90 leaders at the Virginia Rural Summit.
"We're not going to solve them with government spending," he said to the meeting at the Wyndham Virginia Crossings Hotel and Conference Center in Glen Allen. "The string has run out."
