Armed robbers strike East End convenience store

There were no injuries in the armed robbery of a neighborhood convenience store in Richmond's East End on Wednesday.

Richmond police Capt. Paul Kiniry said the robbery was reported at 2:05 p.m. at Market Place 14 in the 1200 block of Mosby Street.

The robbers were described as two black males, both carrying handguns and both wearing all dark clothing and masks.

No shots were fired.
