Jury selection continues this afternoon in the Charlottesville murder trial of former University of Virginia lacrosse player George Huguely.
After getting rid of a number of potential jurors that group questioning and questionnaires had suggested might not pass muster, the court has passed several more candidates after individual questioning.
Questions have continued to hone in on past personal experience with alcohol use and abuse, domestic violence and exposure to information about the case, including whether that has led to any opinions.
Several of the most recent candidates have said they've avoided information about the highly publicized case. One mother of young children, for example, said she switches radio stations whenever a report on the case airs.
Huguely is charged with murder in the 2010 death of his ex-girlfriend Yeardley Love, who was a member of the women's lacrosse team. He pleaded not guilty Monday.
