»  Comments | Post a Comment

A vehicle flipped on its side, causing a tie-up at a downtown Richmond intersection in rush hour this morning.

Authorities said there were no injuries associated with the crash, which occurred just before 7:30 a.m. at Third and East Franklin streets, a short distance west of the Virginia Capitol complex.

It took about an hour to clear the intersection and allow traffic to resume normal flow.
