All three men involved in the home break-in will spend Christmas in jail, after a judge denied bond Thursday afternoon in Montgomery County.
During an arraignment hearing, prosecutors said Matthew Dunton knocked on Dorenzo Hudson's door. Dunton claims Dorenzo's roommate, Sean Allen, stole marijuana from him.
During this time, Cody Journell and Matthew Brady allegedly tried to get inside the home. After a brief argument, the prosecutors say they left.
Allen and Hudson reportedly followed Brady and Dunton to Lee Street. Journell was not with them.
Brady and Dunton say they were assaulted by Allen and Hudson, but those two have not been charged.
Journell was picked up later in another unknown location.
We have also learned that Dunton is the son of former Liberty University basketball coach Randy Dunton.
