Several lanes of Interstate 295 northbound were blocked for an extended period this morning by a wreck that occurred at the Pole Green Road interchange in Hanover County.
The crash occurred about dawn at mile marker 38 and led to the closure of two of the northbound lanes until about 7:30 a.m., when traffic resumed typical morning rush-hour flow.
