I was in the group riding with Bobby when this horrific thing happened. This person was not only driving drunk on Sunday (06/07) but had just totalled his car on Friday (06/05) also while allegely driving drunk(we have gotten only partial information) and that was why he was driving a rental car. He should not have been behind the wheel he should have had his license suspended for the Friday incident. RIP Bobby our world is dimmer without you in it.
The information came from the police in the town where the accident happened. The person responsible for the accident is going to be charged with DWI and hopefully vehicular manslaughter when he gets out of the hospital.
if they forgot to mention that the driver was drunk, then how did you come by this information?
OOpps-they forgot to mention. The 37 year old was drunk!!
