First Lady Michelle Obama to appear in Caroline today

Michelle Obama will help open a new community-health center today in Bowling Green in Caroline County.
She is scheduled to participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Caroline Family Practice. The center received $1.3 million in stimulus money.
