Portion of Broad Street will be closed Sunday for festival
Broad Street will be closed between Belvidere and Adams streets from midnight tonight to 8 p.m. tomorrow for the second annual Broad Appetit.
Richmond police advise using Marshall Street for eastbound traffic and Grace Street for westbound traffic.
The "Smorgasbord in the street" will feature signature dishes from more than 50 area restaurants at $3 a sample tomorrow from noon to 5 p.m. in the 100-300 blocks of West Broad Street.
Entry is free; donations will benefit the Central Virginia Foodbank and Meals on Wheels.
