One killed in head-on U.S. 360 collision in King William

CENTRAL GARAGE — One person was killed and another injured in a head-on collision last night on U.S. 360 in King William County, Virginia State Police said.
A 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt traveling south on state Route 30 turned left and headed east in the westbound lanes of 360, police said, striking a 1996 Ford Explorer about 6:30 p.m.
Gale Bailey, 90, of Aliquippa, Pa., died at the scene, police said. Samuel K. Garlick, 50, of Aylett was taken to VCU Medical Center with minor injuries.
