U.Va.'s investment in Groh has yielded no returns

I would like to thank Al Groh for taking the Virginia football program back to the doormat of the ACC. It wasn't easy, but with hard work, Einstein remarks and plenty of the school's money, he was able to work it out.

Looking back, I'm pretty sure the hiring of George Welsh was a mistake. Success is not what this program wishes to see.

I, for one, plan on not supporting this program, coach and administration any longer. I like returns on my investments.

If I didn't know better, I would think Bernie Madoff was coaching - taking our money, telling us all is well and returning nothing. David Richardson Chester
