Shopping malls
The Richmond region will welcome its newest regional shopping center in less than two months with the scheduled opening of Westchester Com mons , a retail component of the 640-acre Watkins Centre multiuse project off Midlothian Turnpike and state Route 288 in Chesterfield County. It will feature Target, Petco, Regal Cinemas and Hilton Garden Inn.
Also new to the area is The Shops at White Oak Village , a large retail center on South Laburnum Avenue at Interstate 64 in eastern Henrico County that opened Oct. 13. It is anchored by big-box stores such as Target and Lowe's and includes a Ukrop's grocery store.

Regency Square Mall , 1420 N. Parham Road in Henrico: stores include Macy's, Sears, JC Penney, American Eagle Outfitters and Crabtree & Evelyn
The Shops at Willow Lawn , 1601 Willow Lawn Drive in Henrico: stores include Old Navy, Cocoanut Jewelry, Dress Barn and Victoria's Secret
Short Pump Town Center , 11800 W. Broad St. in Henrico: stores include Nordstrom, Dillard's, Macy's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Orvis and H & M
Southpark Mall 230 Southpark Circle in Colonial Heights: stores include JC Penney, Macy's, Dillard's, Aeropostale and New York & Co.
Stony Point Fashion Park , 9200 Stony Point Parkway in Richmond: stores include Saks Fifth Avenue, Dillard's, Restoration Hardware, Louis Vuitton, Boss Store and Betsey Johnson
Virginia Center Commons , 10101 Brook Road in Henrico: stores include JC Penney, Sears, Macy's, Dillard's, Old Navy and B. Moss Clothing Company
