AAA Mid-Atlantic Four Diamond Award honors area restaurants, hotels

AAA Mid-Atlantic has announced its 2010 Four Diamond Award-winning hotels and restaurants in the central Virginia area.

The AAA Four Diamond Award designation, a prestigious distinction for hotels and restaurants, was awarded to five area establishments with The Westin Richmond in Henrico County joining the list for the first time.

Receiving repeat Four Diamond Awards were two hotels, The Berkeley Hotel in Richmond and the Wyndham Virginia Crossing Hotel and Conference Center in Glen Allen, and two restaurants, 1 North Belmont Restaurant in Richmond and The Dining Room at the Berkeley Hotel.
