ASSOCIATIONS

New officers on the board of directors for the Virginia Council on Economic Education are: chairman, Jeffrey R. Leopold with Genworth Financial; chairman-elect, Susan F. Dewey with the Virginia Housing Development Authority; secretary, James E. Scanlon with Ukrop's; and treasurer, Donald B. Dodson with Deloitte & Touche. New members on the board are: Daniel R. Mortensen with Capital One and Steve Trautwein with the Stanford Group Co.

Eric Perkins has been selected as chairman of the USTA Tennis Rules and Regulations Committee for the 2009-2010 term. He is with Hirschler Fleischer.
