Thurston R. Moore has been elected by The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation board of trustees to serve as a trustee. Gordon F. Rainey Jr. is retiring from the board.

New officers on the board of directors of The Values Institute of America are: chairman, Mary Jane Hogue; treasurer, Kent Engelke; and secretary, Dolly Hintz.

John B. Adams has been appointed chairman on the board of directors of The State Fair of Virginia Inc. Other new members are: Bruce R. Hazelgrove III, Patricia Loughridge, Dixie Watts Reaves and William Washington.

Martin J. Barrington of Manakin-Sabot has been elected to the board of trustees of The College of Saint Rose.

New officers for the Richmond Sail and Power Squadron are: commander, David R. Teets; executive officer, Frank H. Timpano; administrative officer, Barbara C. Woodbum; educational officer, James Zeigler; treasurer, Ernie Burnett; and secretary, Harry Harris.
