Credit union: A Call Federal Credit Union branch is under construction at 9397 Atlee Road in Hanover County. The 5,625-square-foot facility will have three drive-through lanes, with one having an ATM.

There are four full-service facilities in the Richmond area and two limited-service facilities.

The credit union serves 31,000 members here. The membership includes those who work, worship or attend school in the city, employees of Philip Morris and other select employee groups, as well as family members of those eligible.

The contractor is RGI General Contractors Inc., which has offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach. R.W. Larson Architect in Warren, Pa., is the lead architectural firm, and Baskervill in Richmond is the interior-design architect.

Bantams Plumbing is a subcontractor installing the water and sewer and the plumbing fixtures.

The slated completion date is the end of February.

The cost for plumbing is $606,040, according to the building permit.
