Building permit highlight for Sept. 14
Bank: Construction has begun on a First Capital Bank branch at 6296 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Hanover County.The 4,575-square-foot branch will have three drive-through lanes and one with an ATM machine.
The location will be the eighth branch in the area for the Henrico County-based First Capital Bancorp Inc.
The branch is slated to be completed in February.
The contractor is Graybeale Construction Inc. in Mechanicsville, and the architectural firm is Baskervill, based in Richmond.
The project's cost is $500,000, according to the building permit.
