Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the sale of 36 acres at Old Forest and Forest Brook roads in Lynchburg for $8.45 million to Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust.

CB Richard Ellis reports the following leases:

25,414 square feet at 1401 Ingram St. in Colonial Heights to Sonoco Recycling Inc.

9,000 square feet at 2119 N. Hamilton St. in Richmond to ECS Mid-Atlantic LLC.

GVA Advantis reports the following leases:

15,000 square feet at 1920 Skipper Road in Emporia to Business Process Reengineering Inc.

21,486 square feet at 5115 Commerce Road in Richmond to Greater Richmond Transit Co.

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the lease of 7,200 square feet in Windsor VII building at 8565 Magellan Parkway in Henrico County to Bon Secours Richmond Health System.

Taylor Long Properties Inc. reports the lease of 17,000 square feet in the Glen Lea Shopping Center at 3808 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Henrico to Moran Foods Inc. for a Save-A-Lot store --Compiled by Trudy Knight
