Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield has been retained by Clachan Properties to manage the Smokehouse Apartments at 110-114 S. 15th St. in Richmond. SALES

Porter Realty Company Inc. reports the sale of 14,800 square feet at 13513 E. Boundary Court in Chesterfield County for $1.2 million to James W. Boehling. Byron W. Holmes and Bob Boykin represented the seller. Clifford B. Porter represented the buyer.

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the sale of two 12-unit apartment buildings at 4209-4213 Grove Ave. in Richmond for $1.9 million to The Grove. Birck Turnbull handled the sale negotiations.
