Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the following sales:

• 6,800 square feet in Waterford Corporate Center at 13440 Tredegar Lake Parkway in Midlothian for $918,000 to Pediatric Associates. Jason Guillot handled the sale negotiations.

• 10,000 square feet in Waterford Corporate Center at 13470 Tredegar Lake Parkway in Midlothian for $1.35 million to Surgical Associates of Richmond. Jason Guillot handled the sale negotiations.

LEASES

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the following leases:

• 17,800 square feet at 2535 Oaklake Blvd. In Chesterfield County to SDI Kerkim Inc.

• 5,453 square feet at Parham East at 2201 E. Parham Road in Henrico to Health Educators.

• 5,000 square feet at 3309 W. Leigh St. in Richmond to Dunman Floral Supply Inc.
