Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the following sales:

• 5,862 square feet at 2310 W. Main St. in Richmond for $402,500 to Andrew Todd Properties. Brian K. Berkey and Mark E. Douglas handled the sale negotiations.

• 20,462 square feet at 601 Johnston Willis Drive in Chesterfield for $1.6 million to R.E. Michel Co. Gregg W. Beck handled the sale negotiations.
