• 1,286-unit Communities at Southwood apartment complex in Richmond for $24 million to Seminole Trail Annex. John Gentry and Zac Frederick represented the buyer.

• 46,598 square feet at 8149 Walnut Grove Road in Hanover County for $900,000 to T.A.R.P. Investors. Steve Gentil represented the seller.
