• 16,813 square feet at 4300 W. Broad St. in Richmond for $1.2 million to Michael D. Sifen Inc. Millard Jones and Bruce Bigger handled the sale negotiations.

• 11,300 square feet at 2102 Ruffin Road in Richmond for $380,000 to Mark Pennington. R. Scott Douglas and Matthew Braun handled the sale negotiations.
