Hines Management Inc. reports the lease of 13,000 square feet at Riverfront Plaza West Tower, 901 E. Byrd St. in Richmond, to Reed Smith.

Highwoods Properties Inc. reports the lease of 5,075 square feet at North Shore Commons II, 4991 Lake Brook Drive in Glen Allen, to Public Consulting Group.

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the lease of 5,000 square feet in The Shoppes at River Forest, 11956 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield County, to Antonio's Restaurant & Pizzeria Inc.
