Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the sale of 1710 E. Franklin St. in Richmond for $1.15 million to The Democratic Party of Virginia. Tinsman Holdings LLC sold the 15,000-square-foot building.

11,498 square feet at 10430-10440 Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover County to Mark/Trece Inc.

5,425 square feet at 2235 Staples Mill Road in Henrico County to Kanawha Capital Management.

GVA Advantis reports the following leases:

46,844 square feet at 9201 Forest Hill Ave. in the Stony Point Office Park in Richmond to Universal Leaf Tobacco Co.

33,450 square feet at 6429 Jahnke Road in the Parkway Shopping Center in Richmond to Hoffman Enterprises.

Grubb & Ellis/Harrison & Bates reports the following leases:

51,840 square feet at 11200 Old Stage Road in Chesterfield County to Jacobson Companies.

21,260 square feet at 13591 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield to Hancock Fabrics.

17,189 square feet at 300 Arboretum Place in Chesterfield to Midkiff, Muncie & Ross.
