Grubb & Ellis/Harrison & Bates has been retained by: Franklin Center Operating Associates, to manage the 700 Centre office building in Richmond; Midlothian Turnpike Operating Associates, to manage the Archway Sixty office complex in Chesterfield County; and Williamsburg Crossing, to manage the Williamsburg Crossing Shopping Center in James City County. LEASES

Porter Realty Company Inc. reports the lease of 87,614 square feet at 8401 Fort Darling Road in Chesterfield to A Greener Solution.

CB Richard Ellis reports the following leases:

25,500 square feet at 6601 S. Laburnum Ave. in Henrico County to Genesis Logistics Inc.

• 9,600 square feet at 5120 Glen Alden Drive in Henrico to Direct Solutions.

• 5,627 square feet at 411 E. Franklin St. in Richmond to REDC Community Capital Group Inc.
