Redco Properties LLC, provisional-use permit that would allow a Bojangles' Famous Chicken'n Biscuits fast-food restaurant at Nine Mile Road and South Laburnum Avenue to open daily at 5:30 a.m. instead of 6 a.m.

8516 Fordson LLC, to rezone about 2.27 acres on the east side of North Parham and Fordson roads for an expansion of the Pembrooke Office Park.

Kristine L. Riley, to issue a provisional-use permit to operate a farmers market at the southwest corner of Ridgefield Parkway and Gayton Road.

Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors, to seek a conditional use permit for a height exception for a church steeple in a residential district at the Chester Presbyterian Church in the 3400 block of West Hundred Road.
