Balancing budgets: The Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors and the School Board will meet with the county's legislative delegation today to discuss the projected $60 million shortfall for fiscal 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the Eanes-Pittman building, 6610 Public Safety Way, Chesterfield. Public-input meetings on the budget are set for today at Clover Hill High School, tomorrow at Salem Church Middle School, and Thursday at Manchester Middle School. All start at 7 p.m.
