Keanu Reeves gets inside N.Y. jails, where feds can’t go

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Actor Keanu Reeves had no problem getting inside Buffalo-area jails. The feds haven’t been so lucky.
The star of “The Matrix” film trilogy spent last weekend scouting locations for a new film. His visit included tours of two jail facilities that are the target of a U.S. Justice Department lawsuit accusing the Erie County Sheriff’s Department of civil rights violations.
County officials have barred federal investigators from the jails, but Reeves was given tours of the facilities on Sunday.
Afterward county officials said Reeves shouldn’t have been allowed inside the jails.
Reeves was checking out possible film locations for “Henry’s Crime,“ which casts him as toll booth worker wrongly accused of robbing a Buffalo bank

Frank,
You obviously have never seen Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure!
I agree with you Frank…
I tolerated him in Point Break because his ability to act like a poser (person who wants to surf but can’t), was spot on.
Otherwise, his movies all reek of the same “Duuuuude I wanna ride some gnarly waves” - fake surfer accent and attitude.
Reeves just used his secret weapon - He bored them unconscious when he started talking. One would think he might have a calming (read soporific) effect on the prisoners, and be welcome by the authorities.
Did I say his acting was boring…?
