Natasha Bedingfield will celebrate the Fourth of July with a performance at the 29th annual "A Capitol Fourth" concert in D.C. The show will air live at 8 p.m. on SpringsteenPBS. Joining Bedingfield are Barry Manilow, Aretha Franklin and the cast of "Jersey Boys." . . . Also on Saturday, Sirius XM satellite radio will broadcast at noon a Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert recorded the night before in Frankfurt, Germany. The show will air on Springsteen's dedicated channel. Sirius XM is also giving Sonic Youth -- who perform at The National on Wednesday -- the freedom to steer a nightly two-hour "Sonic Youth Show" on the Sirius XMU channel starting Monday. . . . Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora have teamed with exiled Iranian singer Andy Madadian for a cover of Ben E. King's "Stand By Me" as a message of solidarity to the people of Iran. The track, produced by Don Was, is not being sold, but it can be found online as an embeddable video (search YouTube for "Bon Jovi and Stand By Me" and you'll find it). . . . Alice in Chains is offering fans a peek at its new album by posting the new seven-minute song, "A Looking in View," at http://www.aliceinchains.com. The band's "Black Gives Way to Blue" album is due Sept. 29.

"American Idol" alum Jordin Sparks releases her sophomore album, "Battlefield," on SparksJuly 21. The title track is already one of the most added songs to pop radio playlists this week. . . . "Bubbly" singer Colbie Caillat is set to release her second album, "Breakthrough," on Aug. 25. She worked with John Mayer and Kara DioGuardi, among others, on the disc. . . . Norah Jones offers a guest duet with Willie Nelson on his "American Classic," due Aug. 25. Despite the summertime arrival, Jones' contribution is "Baby, It's Cold Outside." . . . Whitney Houston's long-in-the-works Sept. 1 comeback now has a name, "I Look to You." . . . Jay-Z's "The Blueprint 3" is due Sept. 11. . . .
