Thanks for this article! Well, debt is bad, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a single person, or couples. You just don’t want to get too deep into debt, and the only debt you want to carry for too long is for an education or a house. Young couples are recommended to sit down and do some serious financial planning, including budgeting and the whole nine yards. Plan to discharge as much credit card debt or similar debt as early as possible, and to begin saving for, contributing to, or creating a retirement plan. (You can’t count on Social Security in the long run.) It’s advised that couples or anyone really, get as much debt relief as possible, and save the fruits of their labor.
