The “staff” person who wrote this is clueless, and is there an editor who reads what is printed here?  Not sure if this was in the print version.  This has nothing to do with Va Tech.  The registration form mentions VPI, which does not mean VA Tech.  Though I’m not positive, I believe it stands for Virginia Preschool Initiative.  Who is running this paper?!?
