Historic 1917 Chesterfield County Courthouse, 10011 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield. A 2 p.m. ceremony with guest speaker Charles E. Armstrong High School, 2300 Cool Lane. A ceremony will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., featuring a Pass-in-Review by the Armstrong high School Junior ROTC cadets and performances by the school's band and choir. For details, call (804) 648-8027.

A ceremony will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The guest speaker will be World War II veteran Al Rinaldi, who was the longtime football coach at Highland Springs High School. .
