Spaghetti Casserole

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

  • 1 8-ounce package spaghetti
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced, optional
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 10¾-ounce can tomato soup
  • Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Then drain.

    Sauté ground beef, onion and pepper until meat is browned. Add cooked spaghetti, 1½ cups cheese and soup. Blend well, then put in large, greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
