Marathon Dance set at Deep Run High School
Deep Run High School in Henrico County will hold its third annual Marathon Dance from 7:30 p.m. March 27 through 10 p.m. March 28.
The school is at 4801 Twin Hickory Road in Glen Allen.
Students bring in a minimum of $100 in pledges to participate in costume, lip-sync, dance and air-band competitions. Proceeds go to community organizations.
Last year, students raised more than $106,000 to benefit 14 local organizations including Make-A-Wish, SCAN, Camp Comfort Zone and Boys and Girls Club.
