Charles City County Fair opens today
RUTHVILLE -- The Charles City County Fair opens runs today through Sunday at the Charles City Social Center in Ruthville.
Admission is free; carnival ride wristbands may be purchased.
The fair opens today at 5 p.m., tomorrow at 10 a.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. and features entertainment, educational and vendor booths, and farm and home exhibits.
